In this hands-on class Chef Ted will instruct you how to create a breadless ( and breathless!) scallop-crab cake, plus prepare a fish chowder.
Chowder is an institution in New England! Did you know there are even laws dictating what is a proper chowder? A classic clam chowder is one of the most satisfying dishes in winter or summer.
Tailored to your level of expertise, this is an opportunity to fine-tune your culinary skills with a personalized experience and education.
Join us for a relaxed and fun lesson, plus enjoy our beloved Back of the Moon retreat. Weather depending, we’ll light a fire or you can dine on the deck.

Notes: Depending on the season, this crabcake is served with either a corn and vanilla sauce or a watermelon salsa.
